I joined Deliveroo post-pandemic and contributed to the Delivery organization, which oversees the end-to-end journey of order delivery. I collaborated closely with Machine Learning Engineers to integrate predictive models, enhancing both delivery accuracy and user experience.

• Dispatcher team

Work closely with Operational Research to develop the service that continuously computes rider dispatching plan. I seamlessly integrate Golang, Rust, and Ruby in the team.

• Handover team

Work as a Golang developer. I collaborate closely with the machine learning team to develop a service to predict order duration in real-time. I also improve the service latency by 25%.
